Thank you for all the educational videos! You have inspired me to take better care of my feet! Being on a fixed income, I am slowly building up, my own set of tools. I won't go to these chop shops for a pedicure, too painful; but I can slowly work on my own feet. Neuropathy is rough, but I know my feet are very important; and will do whatever it takes. Merry Christmas! โ›„๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ

I have a thumbnail that is pinched. Smashed it between the doors of a side by side fridge. Itโ€™s awful. Raised up in the middle and both sides are always ingrown and it hurts so much to cut the nail. And it has gotten very thick. Both corners grow into my skin. I think I just need to break down and have it removed. Anytime I slightly bump it, it is so incredibly painful. Been dealing with this for two and a half years. You do such an awesome job. Iโ€™ve never had a pedicure but you sure make me want one!

@meticulous manicurist if I post a picture. Of my toes can you tell me specifically what I would need and make a customized list for me so I can order pretty please. I feel like your the only person who can really do the job I never see any one use cuticle milk lol that's what I call it and I can't watch when they cut all traces of cuticles omg I cringe

Hello,so at the top of toe I have a constant pain that I can't seem to get rid of. I don't wear tight shoes or heels but the pain at times can drive me mad. I don't go to nail shops any more because I received an infection once which made me not want to go any more. What am I doing wrong

10:30, it's not that you are not so great at explaining, is that we are so engaged in your technique we don't hear anything else. Great work.

I decided to watch this while eating breakfast — not a good idea! You are so good though! Don't know how you can take such bad nails and make them look good. And it's so wonderful to know how much better this person feels after you work on their nails.

I'm a nail tech but I don't do pedicures as I have a hate relationship with people's feet and toe nails, they completely gross me out, but since watching your video's I'm slowly getting over my fear and hope to someday be able to offer pedicures. Thank you so much for your video's and I wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas Xx

You do a GREAT job of explaining everything well and where to get used products. Literally every video lol. These are my favorite videos to watch before bed, the water sound puts me to sleep ๐Ÿ˜‚

Lori, I've had my right big toenail removed twice. The first time I left the office with just a bandaid, no bleeding, no pain. Don't think a culture was sent in. Had to have it removed a second time and left with a huge bandage, lots of blood and was in pain before I got home. I couldn't stand for a water droplet to hit my toe when I took a shower. It turned out to be a fungus. It has never healed properly and the top of my toe still hurts when I wear shoes. Just ordered your Nail Mycosis. Am hoping if I file toenail down as best I can and use your product that will clear it up. The expensive topical didn't do anything and it was a prescription. Any suggestions on how we find someone like you who lves in our area? I don't want to just go anywhere. Thanks for the great videos.

I have to tell you that I love your videos not only are they relaxing oh, you could probably make a CD with just the bubbling bath, LOL and I'm sure a lot of people would buy it and it would put them to sleep but you're very informative and you're an angel you do amazing work for these poor people that their feet are just almost hopeless but you bring them New Life to their feet. I did have a question however when your client comes in and they have really thick toenails like that how do you decide how much you're going to thin it out? Is it a client client basis? Cuz I was really interested in like the pincher toe and how you judge how thin you want to go on that to relieve that pressure to bring up the side walls. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.. I love you, you're a blessing to all of usโ™กโ™ก

If only there were people like you in my area. Iโ€™ve had so many toenail removals that my nail is short and the tips of my toes wonโ€™t allow them to grow over the โ€œhumpโ€. They certainly look so much better after using some techniques I learned from you. Maybe I should try the imperial feet solution.

Lori I just can't thank you enough for these video's. I thought my toenails were beyond help. I have diabetes and my nails have become so thick and I just am so confused how to approach fixing them. I don't know if it's fungus or what. Your videos are just so helpful and really does make me feel better that I'm not alone in this situation and there are options. Thank you!

I had a big toenail taken care of about 20 years ago and my God it was awful! Iโ€™m glad I got it done but when it was hurting it was excruciating. I worked at Pizza Hut at the time so I was constantly on my feet. I can totally sympathize

Thank you for the very informative videos. Many suffer in silence with damaged toes. After watching your channel I got my very first pedicure this year at 60 something that made my feet look nice. They did a lot but I notice you go the extra mile. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

There have been a few times where I have been left cursing my location (This is one of those times btw). I'm in Sydney Australia. I've been sifting through your videos and I am addicted to the care you give your clients and the services that you perform. I will be looking at your website soon. I hope you ship to me here in Australia. I wanted to say though, and this is because I cannot get to you in the States (unless you are planning on a holiday to Sydney where I WILL be putting you to work dagnabit heh heh)….I am wondering if there is any way that you can do a tutorial on what to look for where your services are concerned. I know you aren't a podiatrist, but you're not JUST a manicurist either. I would classify you as "the last line of defense (prior to a podiatrist)" where feet are is concerned. You know a lot gurl and I would rather look for someone to look after my feet and toes with your checklist of what to look for where your sort of care is concerned. Don't stop making these videos. I love em!

As I often do, I watch your videos instead of doing my work! I keep trying to look, then get distracted watching your other videos, but do you have a video on how to use all the tools correctly- mainly, your electric file and bits?! For us at home-I'm not a nail technician, but see patients in their homes or Assisted Living Facilities that cannot get out, so I try to trim toenails when I can. Thought the electric file might help! Thank you for your videos, they are mesmerizing, I've never had a pedicure like you give. Wish I lived out there for a day every month! Merry Christmas and I hope you are feeling well!

When you select the videos for a compilation, do you ever perform a self critique of your own work? [Thinking along the lines that you may change something if you do need to service a client again for a particular issue.] I have no problems with the quality of your work.
