Thank you for your kind words and mentioning my country Portugal, guys. That was really nice.

Two years ago i visited Copenhagen and thanks to your recomendations i went to the restaurant Horst and to the Papel Island food stalls and i have to thank you so much for that, those were really good places to have a grad to eat.

I'm not sure if you guys have ever been to Portugal, but if you do plan to come here, you are very welcome and i suspect you guys would love our food here.

Keep up the good work, friends. Best wishes.

I'm glad you recommended Machu Picchu in May because I went at the end of June as many websites recommend and froze my b..ls off! I don't regret going but I would have rather gone in warmer weather. Cusco is at a high altitude and cold at night.

From all those worderful places of our HUGE world…I've only had the chance to be in Namibia and Tallinn… and, of course my country, Portugal.
In a few days I hope to be in India for a 8-day-holiday. I'm looking forward for it!
Suggestions? Well…Iceland! Sri Lanka! Costa Rica! 😉
Perhaps we have already gone there! 😊
Thank you for your tips! 😉

Tamil Nadu is amazing! Hands down the best and cheapest food in all of India. Stayed in Madurai and Kodai Kanal and I can highly highly recommend. There's next to no tourism down there and the people are so honest and friendly. Can you recommend any middle eastern countries, I'd love to go to Armenia and Lebanon next year!

Hey guys, I've been to all these countries you listed except for New Caledonia, which is on my bucket list. It's a great list, I must agree, but I would like to recommend to you guys the following places which might be in the 2019 Best Places to Visit LIST —
    1) Ethiopia, which is a blend of Orthodox churches thousands of years old hewn from the rock of mountains in the north to the Muslim East cities of Dire Dawa to the tribal communities of the South in the Omo Valley. There's also great festivals in Addis — the Meskel and Timkat
    2) Sri Lanka, from the teat plantations in Nuareliya in the Southeast, the temples of Annuradaphura, the ancient city of Sigiriya and the spectacular beaches of Galle
    3) Greenland, the largest island in the world, which can easily fit the whole continent of Europe inside it, to see places like Ilulissat (the iceberg capital of the world), humpback whale watching, staying up all night for 24 hours of sunlight in the summer, to trying the Inuit specialty of seal blubber called "mattaq"
    4) Bosnia-Herzegovina, sandwiched between Croatia and Serbia, war torn but recovering just beautifully, to dine in out outdoor cafes of Sarajevo to jumping off of the bridge in Mostar
    5) Slovenia, which is the first state to break away from the crumbling Yugoslavia, to enjoy the young and very beautiful people of Ljubljana which has also has the famous Dragon Bridge that traverses the Ljubljana River and to head north to Lakes Bled and Bohinj at the foot of the Julian Alps
    6) Rwanda, a landlocked country surrounded by the DRC, Burundi, Tanzania and Uganda, for the gorilla trek in the Parc National de Vulcan south of the Virunga Mountains and the very edifying experience of visiting the Rwandan Genocide Museum in Kigali. The people are super-friendly, the food amazing and the countryside breath-taking.

How do you afford all this? Or, if you have the money, how do you take the time out? Obviously, your income is not a job.

Just went to Oaxaca and it is the best place to chill and have fun, plus food is delicious. Surf lessons are nice and it is a shark free beach if u get scared by that. The hostels are cheap and people are really friendly. Visit Oaxaca, go surfing at Zicatela if you are really good at big wave or chill and have fun at La Punta (also fun and with long waves perfect to learn), the life there is amazing.

Was just in Oaxaca 2 weeks ago it’s getting a little more dangerous so I’d recommend always go to Mexico during either Halloween or Christmas when there is more security but more expensive

I'm from India, so the foreigners' mandatory $250/day does not apply to me, nor do I need a passport or a visa to travel to Bhutan. Bhutan is actually a cheaper destination for Indians to travel to than India itself is. So for all travelbug-bitten Indians (and people from Bangladesh and Maldives as well), if any of you read this and were not aware of these exemptions the Bhutanese government makes for these three nations, hop on a flight and get to Bhutan for a peaceful, scenic treat for the senses. And oh, don't forget to pack some raincoats, for it does get a bit wet at times.

    You mean Namibia, Southern Africa.
Namibia is a country in the Southern African region. South Africa is another/different country in the same Southern African region.

Namibia also has bottle blond lions. Not really but they are lighter color than any other lions in Africa. Is that the country they swim? Or was it Botswana? Can’t remember sorry
