Hi guys, so for a few months now we have been discussing Amberlynn’s habits and especially her cycles when it comes to weight loss. However, I feel like sometimes because things happen throughout an entire year is easy to let a lot of patterns unnoticed. So, in this video, I tried to put together Amberlynn’s entire 2019 weight loss journey in a way that it will be easier to notice the patterns that we talked about so much on this channel. Because I have a feeling that this video will be very long, let’s hurry up and start the video. In this phase, Amberlynn seems extremely excited and looking forward to turning her life around. During this phase, Amberlynn usually starts to prepare for the new diet buying a bunch of groceries or journaling because that makes her feel like she already began her journey. You know how buying workout clothes can fool you into thinking you’re already healthier? It’s a similar thing here. She is also very passionate about whatever new method that she is using, claiming that this will be it and this phase is also very easy to identify. Phase two is when Amberlynn actually starts her new plan, she quickly realizes trying to lose weight isn’t easy nor fun. Sometimes we see it more clearly when she shares more about her diet on vlogs, sometimes this phase is hidden and she usually will tell us about it in phase 3 or 4. When we get to see it ourselves, she usually starts to complain about anxiety, pain, and just overall It seems like her days are horrible, she kips weigh-ins and just fails to stick to her plan. She quickly starts missing her favorite food and becomes moody because she can’t eat it. Majority of the times, however, Amberlynn fails to make the correlation between how she feels and her diet. I talked about this cycle in extreme detail in my latest video. The third phase is never shown on camera but it always happens, it’s usually the binging itself, or a party that she went, or what she believes to be her anxiety, or simply craving. This is basically the process of giving up. It is whatever causes her to start doubting what she believed to be the perfect weight loss plan. With Amberlynn, this phase usually happens just days, sometimes even hours after she started phase one. Just like Phase 2, she usually will tell us about it in a video after it already happened. The fourth and last phase of the cycle is the only one that sometimes happens but sometimes doesn’t. It’s when Amberlynn now believes her perfect weight loss plan was the worst plan ever and goes back to square 0 after she failed. She now claims that she knows the plan wasn’t for her and that she should stick to what works for her and that she knows what to do next, as you can see this is the beginning of the new Phase 1 again. Ok so now that we know the parts of the cycles let’s see how they played out throughout 2019. Remember that some of the phases are not explicit, especially because Amberlynn doesn’t even notice it happening. As the video progresses, you’ll see how easy it is to spot these phases and maybe it might help you notice it on your behavior. I’m also not going into extreme detail about each cycle as I already discussed them extensively, this is just each cycle played out so we have a better picture of what goes on. and if you need more details about each cycle, all you need to do is check my videos.
