If you’re in your 30’s and not an active person, DO NOT skip the stretch part. I was like her in this channel: in my 20’s, did whatever I want, drank whatever I want, ATE whatever I want and never had to count calories (just ate intuitively healthy). Come 32, everything changed. Lmao, I still can’t believe the day had come when I had to give up beer and go for whiskey bcs it was the least calories with the biggest bang.

Thank you so much for sharing. Just came across your video recently so I’m very late… but I’m so glad I did because I also paid for the course on SWEAT and I’m struggling to stick to it, admittedly I’m not diligent when it comes to exercise and work out but this video motivated me and I’m gonna start afresh tomorrow. Hope I can get to a place where I can see some changes in myself like you did in yourself. Thanks again so much for sharing!

Wow, your channel blew up so fast! I'm a new subscriber that clicked on this video thinking that it was a normal video from a year ago in a old, slow-growing channel. This is amazing, you've inspired me to do more than exercise 😘

going through bulimia is not worth losing weight. best to do it the healthy. don't ever go extreme coz the repercussions come later. the Kayla thing is bad coz it leads ppl to eating disorders coz ppl get frustrated and cheat and Kayla pix shud never be someone's motivation. relax and take it slow.

hey emi, I really admire you and I'm just starting now to have a healthy diet and exercise. I admit, I'm that girl who's also obsess with getting abs my concern is that, can I achieve it without going to gym. I feel like I'm not making any progress and it's frustating.

Hi Emi! I've been on the track of workout journey for almost 4 years. It first started up whereby I just did home workouts everyday without eating healthily which caused I was unable to cut down my lower belly fats. After graduated from university and while waiting for my job posting, I did simple yoga plus regular workouts, reduce the quantity of carbs for my dinner and quitting supper, I do see results after 3 months as my belly becomes leaner. I continued this lifestyle after I started my working life and tend to reduce more carbs and I started having irregular periods problem. Emi, is it an issue that I am taking unbalance diet and workout too frequently? I am so lost right now. I wish my periods can back to normal but deep down my mind I am so afraid that eating normally and cut down my workout routine will bring back my belly fat 🙁

I am not following the BBG but I've lost 15lb throughout two whole years by changing my lifestyle very slowly. But still, I don't have a body like yours and even some of the "before bodies" look similar to mine(I think I look similar to your body in 2014 currently). I did improve, but I still don't have a thigh gap or a lean and toned arms. I am so frustrated because I really, honestly take care of my diet and try to eat clean(not 100% clean of course but still..), do work out regularly like 4 times a week(I like to follow your fitness videos!). Although not often, I make myself to throw up if I feel full. I am so lost and I hope… just anyone could tell me if I'm doing well, but it's just a matter of time, so I should keep going, or I should eat more little..
I wish one day I could have a body like yours but now it seems like I could never have that "after body" ever in my life…
Sorry for the frustrating dark story, and although I'm not a person who have succeeded but I still wanna say thank you to you, for your videos that give motives and energy to me. always wish u and Chad a great luck 🥰♥️

Hey Emi, I tried your workout for 2 weeks already and I like it a lot! I don't get bored at all.. its just how many times a week do you suggest me on doing one of your workouts? And as an asian, I put rice into my daily meals, how many times do you consume rice in a day and still get that amazing body? Also, how many times do you drink to stay hydrated? Thx

I’m suffering from bulimia rn and I’m trying to freaking fight it

But the thing is that it’s not just forcing ourself to burn those calories or to throw up what we ate, some of us want to stop it but cannot stop that force and urge
