welcome to the boho beautiful essential yin yoga journey yin yoga is a special practice of of yoga that not only challenges the body and increases flexibility and helps release the connective tissue but it also helps let go of any negativity emotional stress or tension in your mind thought the next four classes we will be embarking on a journey together our goals will be to realign the body, the mind as well as let go of the things that no longer serve us during this time its very normal to experience a variety of emotions and thoughts we store a lot of energy and emotions physically in our bodies and yin yoga tends to always find a way to help us release it during this process its normal to experience a wide variety of reactions may that be negative or positive just surrender no mater where your mind goes remember to always return to your breath for guidance three of the four of the following classes were shot at different projects by an incredible organization called save elephant foundation we are proud to be donating a portion of the proceeds of this yin yoga series directly to them. we encourage you to learn more about their work and the incredible impact they continue to bring across south east asia through their website… with that said lets begin the journey

    Hi,
    I want to say to you that I've started doing your yoga since a week and I'm pleased to inform you that your hip opening yoga and energising yoga and post workout stretch yoga have really helped me to increase my flexibility and making my joints pliable and mobile. But two days back I don't know what went wrong after a lot of fat burn exercise when I did your calming and stress relieving yoga I hurt my back, is it because I put too much strain on my back or what was it I don't know. But please don't be offended there's no doubt that you're inspiring to all of us.

    Your videos are amazing! Really help me get through my day. Could you possible do a tutorial with a couple of exercises one can do at work to help relieve stress or to be more comfortable when you have to sit in a chair all day long?

    I feel like I've just had a deep tissue massage after doing your yin yoga videos, I usually pause the video and hold the pose for 3 or 5 minutes. I also sleep better than I ever have before! Thanks Boho Beautiful!

    I have seen many more yoga videos, sweat cardio, Abs in You tube but in front of YIN YOGA from Boho Beautiful is extrordinary, I liked very much your videos & videography also very marvelous my many more thanks to your videograper, I think too much dedication from you & your husband for yoga. Newly learning Yoga Abhysis,& students who never goto classes for far cities, & they are not able to pay bigger amount your videos are very useful.we are all yoga students are very greatful to you" GURUMATHA" We are learing many things from you and we are very intrested to learn more things from you in future days, Nice couple, Thank you, Vasudev.
